No, I do not take insurance directly. However, I am an out-of-network provider. Which means you may use your out-of-network benefits to cover the cost of mental health services. The amount billed may also count towards your over-all deductible. Depending on your plan, you my be eligible for up to 80% coverage.

Utilzing your out-of-network benefits is pretty straightforward. Start by contacting your insurance provider (calling the number on the back of your card) and asking about your out-of-network mental health benefits. You are responsible for payment of each session in full at the time of appointment. If you have out-of-network coverage, I can provide you with a superbill each month (basically an itemized receipt) to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Depending on your plan, you may receive a percentage cash-back for payment of session.

Unfortunately, no. Therapists can only provide services in the state they are licensed. I am only licensed in the state of California. I can provide services to anyone residing in the state of CA.

Yes I do! I typically work with ages 14 & up. I see teens struggling with anxiety, depression, eating/body image. When scheduling the consultation, I will need to speak with a parent or guardian to give consent for treatment.
